Open Enrollment is underway for Fall 2012! Space is limited and demand is expected to be high. Eligible enrollees who have completed the full enrollment process will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval.

Ready to enroll? After completing the form below, you will be given the option to complete the full enrollment application online, which begins the enrollment process. If you do not wish to complete the full application at this time, you may do so over the phone with an enrollment specialist. Either way, an enrollment specialist will contact you personally to take the next steps in the enrollment process. We will also be happy to answer any outstanding questions you might have at that time.

Note: The enrollment process must be completed by the Parent/Guardian of the student, or the student if emancipated or over 18 years of age.

** Please note that Provost Academy can accept only full-time students who are eligible for grades 9-12. Students must be residents of the state of Georgia. Students must not be more 21 years of age as of September 1st of the school year for which they are enrolling, provided they have not dropped out of school for one quarter or more. Students who have dropped out of school for one quarter or more must not be more than 20 years of age as of September 1st of the school year for which they are enrolling.
